Return Policy
You may return new (unopened, sealed, and unused) products for any reason within twenty (20) days of delivery for exchange or refund. Refunds (minus applicable shipping costs*) will be applied in the manner in which paid. All items must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, and with all tags, UPC codes, etc. attached. Certain items may not be returned once opened for any reason. These items include training materials such as DVDs, VHS Videos, eBooks, and printed training materials. If one of these items is defective, it may be exchanged for the exact item, only. In general, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise to be returned or exchanged to Swiss Mountain Fitness (swissmountainfitness.com). Swiss Mountain Fitness (swissmountainfitness.com) will not issue call tags for merchandise to be returned. If you wish to exchange any merchandise, we will pay for shipping the merchandise you wish in exchange once per order (for United States shipping addresses only). The merchandise that we ship to you in exchange must be of similar size and weight to the merchandise returned. If the exchanged merchandise is larger than the returned merchandise, Swiss Mountain Fitness (swissmountainfitness.com), at its' discretion, may charge for the difference in the cost of shipping the larger package. We will not refund your original or return shipping costs. Our shipment to you will be via a shipper of our choice to your original shipping address. Any merchandise returned must be complete, include all original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. If we ship you a defective item or an item you did not order, we will reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs to return the merchandise to Swiss Mountain Fitness (swissmountainfitness.com). USPS Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground service is considered a reasonable shipping method for returning merchandise to Swiss Mountain Fitness (swissmountainfitness.com). Please return the merchandise in the box we originally used to ship the merchandise to you. Swiss Mountain Fitness (swissmountainfitness.com) strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Swiss Mountain Fitness (swissmountainfitness.com) will not accept responsibility for packages we have not received. If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Swiss Mountain Fitness (swissmountainfitness.com) immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
