Learning the hard way

I have been working out for many years. Initially, I despised strength training. All I wanted to do was cardio. But then one day when I joined a gym I realized that lifting weights wasn’t such a bad thing and I started to enjoy it. I discovered a lot of ways to make my workouts fun. I learned a lot by watching others and reading up on exercises, but trying to do it on my own, I sometimes had to learn the hard way. In addition, I could be lazy if I wanted to be lazy or I could work hard if I wanted to since nobody would hold me accountable for what I did or didn’t do. Thankfully, exercising has always meant a lot to me so I would do whatever it took to hit the gym.

Personal Trainer

Today, a dream of mine has come true and I have my Personal Trainer certification with W.I.T.S. It is my goal to motivate and encourage others to find that joy in working out. I want others to feel great about themselves. In addition, I want to help people to exercise without having to learn the hard way first. Whether you hire a Personal Trainer to get you started off to an exercise routine or whether you need someone to motivate you and hold you accountable, it is your decision.
