Poles:

Nordic Walking Taster: Poles are provided for the duration of the class at no extra cost.

Walking Groups: Poles can be rented for the duration of the class for $5.00. Want to own your own pair of poles. See below ‘Buy Poles’.

Packages / Sessions: Sessions need to be paid before start of class. Packages need to be purchased before the start of the first class.


Location: Various locations such as parks, neighbor hoods or beach.

Nordic Walking semi-private (2 people)

Nordic Walking - your own group (4 to 8 people)

Fixed price per session for the entire group (more participants, less cost per person)

Location: Various locations such as parks, neighborhoods or beach. Depending on what client feels comfortable with.

Poles: Poles are provided during the sessions for ‘Nordic Walking one-on-one’ and ‘semi-private’. They are included in the first session for the ‘Nordic Walking - your own group’ and can be rented for $4 for any further session. To buy your own poles see below.
