Rain or no rain? Today was one of these days where you didn’t know whether you’d be rained on or not. Driving up to Tatum Park for our third Nordic Walking lesson I kept looking at that one big dark cloud in the far.
We were lucky and stayed dry! I guess that was an added benefit to a great walk.

Everybody in the current group is really picking up on how to use the poles in the way so that they start to feel the upper body getting some workout too.

Some of the challenges I have observed this time are that some get confused as soon as they start to swing the arms higher.
It takes also time for people to realize how to really plant the pole and push off.
We have no bear-walkers and slowly but surely we’ll have a few more great Nordic Walkers in the area.

It really comes down to practice, practice and practice again.

To your health,
Daniela
We had the privilege to have Robert Montgomery, President, Chairman and CEO and his wife Sandy Montgomery, co-founder of Reliv, with us in Parsippany for a special event on Friday evening and Saturday morning training.
There were about 500 people on Friday evening and about 400 on Saturday morning. We’ve met wonderful people and it once again showed us the power of the products and the integrity and family values of the company itself.
We heard many stories of people whose lives got changed on these products. It was really touching. We all know what we have a hold off and therefore, feel a moral obligation to share the hope with others.
Then, how many companies do you know where you have access to the CEO? Where the CEO cares about everyone in the company and doesn’t shy away from giving people a hug? I bet there aren’t many of those out there. Not only that. The same mentality trickles down to the bottom. That’s why there is such a tremendous business opportunity available to everyone that wants to get a hold of it.

It was a successful event. New Jersey be careful, Reliv is coming!

For a free no obligation consultation regarding the products and/or the business contact Daniela at 732-915-1631. What if this is what you have been praying for?

To your health!
